- She takes the caller's chosen time as a booking request.

Where do the booking requests go?
Each request lands in a calendar we run for you. We do not send a message or email about it to your front desk yet.
Will it work with my booking software or EMR?
No. Ava does not sync with your booking software or EMR. She works with a calendar we run for you.
Am I told when she books, cancels or moves something?
Ava can cancel or move bookings she made. Those changes are not emailed to your front desk, and booking emails to your front desk aren't available yet.
Do I get call recordings, transcripts or summaries?
We store the recording and transcript of each call. They are not emailed to you yet, and per-call summary emails are not available yet.
What if she cannot help, or the caller wants a person?
If Ava can't help a caller, she takes the caller's name and number. It stays in the call record and is not sent to your desk. She cannot transfer a caller to your staff mid-call today.
Does she really book, or only take a request?
Ava checks real calendar availability on the call and takes the caller's chosen time as a booking request into a calendar we run for you. She does not book into other booking systems.
