One price. Every call answered. The appointment booked live.
Every plan includes the thing that matters: Ava books the open slot live, on the call — 24/7, weekends, after hours. Pick the plan that fits how your business runs.
A live receptionist costs $3,400 / month on average — answers business hours only, takes breaks, calls in sick. Ava starts at $349.
One caught call = $150–$250 in booked revenue.
Med-spas that miss 2–3 calls a day lose $300–$750 daily to voicemail.
Core ($349/mo) pays for itself the moment it books its second or third call — everything after that is pure upside.

Pricing FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers.
How is usage counted?
Simply: you always see your plan as a %. Your portal shows one bar — "your plan is 62% used" — and you can ask Ava herself how much is left. We send you an alert at 75% and again at 90%, so nothing ever sneaks up on you. No meters, no decoder ring, no surprise line items.
What happens if I use up my plan?
First — you'll have seen it coming, thanks to the 75% and 90% alerts. If you do hit 100% in a busy month, you get a courtesy window so no caller is dropped mid-stride, and then it's one tap: add a top-up pack (Small — $79 · Medium — $179 · Large — $329) or upgrade your plan. Top-ups reset at the end of each billing month. If you're topping up regularly, upgrading is always the better value — we built it that way on purpose.
Is there a trial?
Better — there's a live demo you can try right now. Call +1 (650) 489-4915: Ava will answer, check a real calendar, and book a slot while you're on the call. That's the product, not a video of it. Want to talk pricing first? Call Mateo at +1 (650) 628-8717. Voice, features, and capacity vary by plan — we'll tell you exactly what your plan sounds like before you sign anything.
Is there annual billing?
We keep it month-to-month so there's no risk for you — cancel or change plans any time. No annual lock-in required. What your subscription does include, always: ongoing service, updates, and every new voice-model improvement we ship.
