This SMS program is operated by RAMELO, a brand of Luxury Living Contractors LLC ("RAMELO", "we", "us"), 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States. RAMELO provides AI phone receptionist services to businesses such as med-spas and clinics. On behalf of those businesses, RAMELO sends transactional appointment text messages — confirmations and reminders — to customers who book appointments through the business's RAMELO receptionist ("Ava").
When you book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment with a participating business through its RAMELO AI receptionist, you may receive the following text messages about that appointment:
This program is transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
RAMELO / Luxury Living Contractors LLC ("RAMELO") provides SMS messaging infrastructure to independent business clients ("Participating Businesses"). When you receive an SMS message from a number associated with a Participating Business (such as a med-spa, salon, or clinic that uses RAMELO's platform), the following applies:
RAMELO does not use Participating Businesses' customer contact information for RAMELO's own marketing or prospecting.
You opt in to this program verbally, during your booking call: when you book an appointment with a participating business through Ava (the business's AI receptionist), Ava asks for your mobile number and your agreement to receive text confirmations and reminders for that appointment. Providing your mobile number and agreeing on the call constitutes your consent to receive appointment-related text messages from that business via RAMELO. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase — you can book an appointment without agreeing to receive texts. Your consent applies to this appointment-notification program only and is not transferable to any other messaging program.
Message frequency varies by appointment activity (typically 1–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from the program. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again the next time you book an appointment through Ava, or by asking the business to re-enable texts for you.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
