How does pricing work for enterprise?

Enterprise pricing is custom — it depends on the number of locations, call volume per site, and which capabilities your group needs. We do not publish a grid because the right configuration for a 5-location group looks very different from the right configuration for a 50-location franchise. Is Ava compliant with state call-recording laws?

Yes. Ava handles caller notification and AI disclosure correctly on every call, including in all-party-consent states like California. Compliance handling is built in by default — not an add-on. For groups with specific regulatory requirements (healthcare, legal, or other regulated verticals), we walk through your requirements during onboarding and confirm the configuration before go-live.

How long does an enterprise rollout take?

Most multi-location rollouts go from discovery call to live in two to three weeks. Larger groups — ten or more locations — typically take three to four weeks, depending on calendar integration complexity and how quickly each site's configuration is approved. We give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call; we do not overpromise a speed we cannot deliver.
