During onboarding, RAMELO connects Ava to your booking system using your calendar's API or scheduling link. Once connected:

SMS reminders are included on all RAMELO plans. After Ava books an appointment on the call, the caller can agree to receive a text confirmation and an appointment reminder. RAMELO offers an optional installation add-on for practices with no existing booking system. RAMELO builds and configures a booking system (typically Cal.com) alongside Ava — done-for-you. RAMELO provisions the phone number, sets up the booking system, writes Ava's knowledge base for your services and hours, and tests her live before she takes a single real call.
